Shortness China, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz Turning to India

Because of China's increasingly crowded market, a trio of German luxury car manufacturer, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz, looking for potential new markets. Shooting falls on India, with top-selling models are hatchbacks. To that end, all three German manufacturers will offer some hatchback models in the future.

Bloomberg reported, Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be introduced in mid-2013, followed by the BMW 1 Series and the Audi A4 in early 2014. Indian hatchback market is one of the largest in the world. Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be sold in India at a price of 2.2 million rupees (USD 380 million).
